Online Purchases
If you purchased an Athletic Alliance product directly online and are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at inquiry@athleticalliance.net within 90 days of the original purchase date. At the sole discretion of Athletic Alliance, we may offer a one-time exchange for an alternative flavour or product of equal value.
To qualify for an exchange, the product must have no more than two (2) servings missing from the container. Athletic Alliance reserves the right to review and approve all exchange requests.
Retail Store Purchases
If you purchased an Athletic Alliance product from a retail store, please return to the original place of purchase with proof of purchase. Retail purchases may be eligible for a refund within 30 days, subject to the retailer’s return policy, or an exchange within 90 days, where applicable.
Athletic Alliance reserves the right to modify or refuse requests that do not meet the conditions of this guarantee.
